Grades show dedication, valor, service. And for Enlisted this is mainly the only thing they mean but for Officers Grade shows authority. Example Warrant officer Grade 3 outranks Warrant officer grade 1.
Grades can be skipped. For example a Sergeant grade 1 can be promoted to Staff Sergeant. But at the same time all grades must be earned, for example a Sergeant cannot be promoted to Sergeant grade 3.
People with grades will be out befor those without.

ODST Uniform - At all times must wear ODST Helemet with Blue visor and Both ODST Shoulders. Normaly everything eles will be changable but if we are in a meeting/clan match/8 player MM lobby, you must be in full ODST armor.

Your Service tag should for the most part be your call sign that you chose in your enlistment form.
But Durring meeting this will change to help quickly identfy everyone. Befor a meeting(while we are in lobby waiting for people to join and for the map to load) you should change you service tag to you posistion in the clan depending on your rank:
Recruits would put "Rect"
Privates would put "PVT"
Private First classes would put "PFC"
Corporals would put "Corp" (LanceCorporal would be "LCPL")
Specialists would put "Spec"
Anyone Sergeant to Sergeant Major would put "NCO"
Anyone from Warrant/Petty officer to General/Commander would put "OFCR"

MOS
Your MOS is basicly your Spec, or job. People with a certain MOS will be assgined task acorrding to that MOS.
There are five different MOSs:
CQB/Marksmen/Medic/VS/Infantry
Blue/White/Maroon/Gold/Sage
CQB which stands for Close Quarters Battle will be for people who are constanly runing into the battle with an AR, M90, or any other close range wepon.
Marsmen which is basicly for people who use mainly accurate wepons, DMR, Pistol, Sniper, effectivly. These people will be our snipers and riflemen.
Medic which is for people who are supporters. They will the people with Bubbleshield healing teammates and assisting high value personel to evach zones.
Vehical Specialist is for people who should allways been in vehicals weither it be a Warthog or Wraith. These people will be assigned to vehicals forst in clan matches.
Infantry is for you standard soldier. This will be the most common MOS. THey will train in all aspects of gameplay.
*Notice you will not recive your MOS will your are a Specialist. What MOS your are assigned will be determiend by your skill and what Your Squad Leader, ASL and others notice you excelling in.
